  • Missed classes can be made-up at any ONLINE class within a month of missing

Policies - STUDIO & BILLING

PAYMENT POLICY
  • New students register for the one-month minimum.
  • All group classes require an automatic monthly payment and will be automatically billed on the 15th of each month.
  • Students pay for their first month at full cost at the time of registration regardless of class start date,  the second monthly payment will be pro-rated to reflect students who start mid-month their first month.
  • Students can cancel automatic monthly withdrawals before the 15th of the month BEFORE the month they wish to cancel classes. IE: you will be billed on June 15th for July 1-31 to cancel you must give 2 weeks notice by the 14th of the month before you wish to cancel.
  • No refunds for late cancelation.
COVID 19 LAST-MINUTE STUDIO CLASS CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
  • Thank you for your understanding and support during this unusual time of operating at half capacity.
  • All STUDIO classes are filmed. If you prefer not to be filmed please arrive early to get a spot out of camera angle.
  • STUDIO Classes will be cancelled by 9:30 AM on day of the class if Michelle or a member of her family shows any Covid Symptoms.  She will not teach in the studio but stream live classes from her home studio.
  • STUDIO students will be informed of cancellations via text or email by 9:30 AM on the day of their class so please check before coming to the STUDIO.
  • In addition to live ONLINE class access students registered to the STUDIO classes will receive unlimited access to Video library until Fall 2021 to make up for any price difference between occasional ONLINE and in STUDIO classes due to unexpected closures or cancelled in STUDIO classes due to Covid.
  • We kindly request that registered STUDIO students not change their registration or ask for a price reduction for any of these ONLINE classes or ask for a refund for the difference in class costs in exchange for this access to the library, or take an extra ONLINE class occasionally.
MISSED STUDIO CLASSES
  • Please track all your missed and made up classes using the honour system
  • Attend any live ONLINE class instead of your in STUDIO class.
  • In addition to live ONLIVE class access students registered to the STUDIO classes will receive unlimited access to Video library until Spring of 2021 to make up for any price difference between live ONLINE and in STUDIO classes due to unexpected closures or cancelled in STUDIO classes due to Covid. We kindly request that registered in STUDIO students not change their registration or ask for a price reduction for any of these ONLINE classes or ask for a refund for the difference in class costs in exchange for this access to the library, or take an extra ONLINE class occasionally.
  • Please use your make-up classes within a month of missing your class
  • Make-up classes are not are not valid once registration ends.
  • Feel free to bring a friend to use a make-up.
MISSED ZOOM CLASSES
  • Please take any scheduled live ONLINE class as a make-up class
  • Have a friend join you for a ONLINE class as a make-up.
  • Please use your make-up classes within a month of missing your class
  • Make-up classes are not valid once registration ends.
  • We ask that students use the honour system and track the number of classes paid for and attend themselves.
ONLINE, IN STUDIO & LIBRARY CANCELATION POLICY
  • Please use the Registration / Cancelation form to cancel or change your registration and to update payment information.
  • Students are welcome to cancel or change their registration with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. All group class and library membership changes or cancellations must be made BEFORE the 15th of the month previous to the month you wish to stop attending.
