Policies - STUDIO & BILLING
STUDIO & BILLING POLICIES
All class registration and account management is handled through MY Studio.
PAYMENT POLICY
- New students register for a one-month minimum commitment.
- All group classes require automatic monthly billing.
- Memberships are billed on the 15th of each month for the following month.
- Your first month is charged at full cost at the time of registration. If you start mid-month, your second payment will be pro-rated accordingly.
- All prices include GST.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- To cancel, log in to your MY Studio account and update your membership before the 15th of the month.
- Cancellations must be submitted by the 14th to avoid being billed for the following month.
- No refunds are issued after the 15th billing date.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
- If you miss a class, you may make it up by attending any scheduled live online class or by taking a recorded class from the Video Library (included with all memberships).
- Please use your make-up classes within a month of the missed class.
- Make-up classes are not valid once your membership ends.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSE
- Students enrolled for over one year may pause their membership for up to 30 days, once per year, without losing their spot.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
- Please arrive 5 minutes before class to settle in.
- Mats and props are provided, or bring your own.
- Phones on silent during class.

NEW PASSWORDS CAN BE FOUND ON MONTHLY INVOICE
LIBRARY CANCELATION POLICY
- Students are welcome to cancel or change their registration with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. All group class and library membership changes or cancellations must be made BEFORE the 15th of the month previous to the month you wish to stop attending.
- EXAMPLE: If you wish to stop attending or change group classes on February 1st you must cancel or change classes on or before January 14th.
- there are no refunds for late cancelations.
PAYMENT POLICY

- Students pay for their first month at full cost at the time of registration regardless of class start date, the second monthly payment will be pro-rated to reflect students who start mid-month their first month.
- Students can cancel automatic monthly withdrawals before the 15th of the month BEFORE the month they wish to cancel classes.
